How to connect Sąskaita123 with Wantly

Connect Sąskaita123 with Wantly to issue invoices from a commercial proposal.

1. Sign in to Sąskaita123

Sign in to your Sąskaita123 account and open the module settings.

2. Open the API section

On the module page, select API.

3. Create an API key

Scroll to the bottom of the API settings and select Create API key.

4. Configure the API key

Enter a name, for example “Wantly API”, select the permissions to grant to Wantly, and create the key.

5. Copy the API key

Copy the generated key. Treat it as a credential and share it only through the integration settings.

6. Open Wantly settings

Sign in to Wantly and open Settings, then General settings.

7. Open integrations

In the general integrations section, select Sąskaita123.

8. Save the connection

Paste the copied API key into the Sąskaita123 integration field and save.

9. Issue an invoice

In the proposal editor, open Integrations in the left settings bar. Select the invoice type and series, for example a pro forma invoice, and select Issue invoice.

10. Review and manage the invoice

After the page refreshes, the issued invoice is attached to the proposal. You can review or remove it there.

Before issuing invoices

• Create the required invoice series in Sąskaita123.
• For convenient invoice filtering, the usernames in Wantly and Sąskaita123 should match.
